About Us Planning Network |
Community input is vital to the work of Border Region Behavioral Health Center and the services it offers to its stakeholders. Through the
Planning and Network Advisory Committee,
Border Region Behavioral Health Center strives to involve consumers, family members and advocates in its planning activities.
The purpose of the PNAC is to ensure stakeholder input into strategic planning and network development process.
PNAC is instrumental in ensuring community concerns are identified and understood at the local level so that services are developed to meet the needs of our consumers.
PNAC may have up to twenty-one (21) members representative of the population of the service area. If you are a consumer of services, family member of a person receiving services or an interested citizen (not a contractor) in our service area that enjoys learning about the services and supports that our Center provides and participating in the development of plans, you may be eligible to be a member of the PNAC. The
PNAC is appointed by the Board of Trustees based and is made up of at least 50% of family members and consumers of services.
