Consumer Rights
All clients of Border Region MHMR Community Center are
afforded all the rights, benefits, responsibilities and privileges
guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the laws of the State
of Texas, unless those rights have been restricted by specific provisions of the law.
Clients have the right to complain, comment, make suggestions and appeal
decisions about their treatment. Clients receiving services are urged to place a
call or submit concerns in writing to:
